What are your unpopular or controversial sewing opinions? I'll start - I don't always match the thread to the fabric - as long as it's not a stark contrast I'll use what ever is already in the bobbin!

I never make a toille, pre wash fabric or follow instuction in the order they are written (or at all).

I don't like labels - I buy, but don't use them!! - not buying anymore. I like them if they got on the outside of the garment. Crazy I bought them in the first place because I always cut labels off any rtw clothes!

I get that though, they are so fun and pretty! I love buying labels and dont mind them on the back of waistbands but not such a fan of them on the back of my neck!
