Hi, does anyone know what happened the uk based forum The Sewing Place? Not visited for a couple of years and now see the website is defunct.
I know it replaced the sewing forum and it seems sad that the replacement also didn't last.

I'm surprised it hasn't gotten much response, it was popular with a lot of regular visitors.
The layout and colour scheme were nice and the regular posters were always interesting to follow.
Bummed not to know what happened and when.

The sewing place is still going. I'm not sure why you can't get on. There were issues a few weeks ago but they seem to be resolved now. I post on there regularly as the diary thread lets me record my sewing journey. I hope you manage to connect with it again.
