Indie Patterns on paper (not tissue)

Hi

would anyone please recommend indie pattern companies who print on paper/tracing paper/newsprint paper - rather than tissue paper please.

I really am not a fan of tissue paper patterns so any ideas would really gratefully received.  thank you x

Hi Nikki,

I can't think off the top of my head (I'm working from home today and all my patterns are at the studio) Tilly and the Buttons are always on paper I know that for sure.

But if you purchase a PDF pattern and then get it printed either at a copyshop or somewhere like The Fold Line, they print on paper

I do generally get patterns on pdf then print them - I especially like style arc patterns that you can choose single size and love pdf is instant and that I can't print at home.

realising there are many more different pattern companies out there, so just looking at options.

Thank you for your help, I'll carry on looking. 👍

If you look at The Foldline website they sell a lot of Indie paper patterns,  to be honest I've had quite a few different ones from there, and in the luxury boxes each month and I don't think I've had a tissue paper one in the last few years now, I agree with you- I hate the tissue ones!!

I agree. All the indie patterns I have had have been on paper.

I do not like the tissue paper ones either, but I think it's a big four thing. Probably one of the many reasons indie patterns are more expensive to buy.

Hi! I love The Assembly Line. The sizing is simple, so only a few lines printed on thick paper. Same for Tessuti Patterns. 😀
