Fancy PJs Anyone?

I just finished my first set of Maison Fauve Le Pyjama Soupir jammies, in their gorgeous viscose jaquard-like fabric. The English written instructions, in a couple of places, took me a minute to understand what they wanted me to do, but there is also a step-by-step video tutorial which is brilliant. It's in French, but sewing is a global language. All you have to do is watch what she's doing.

Great for pjs, lounge wear, and even a co-ord to wear out and about. I feel so glamorous, haha.

Beautiful pyjamas 😍 I have viscose leopard print fabric I would want to make pyjamas. Do you think viscose would suit the pattern?

Ooh, that sounds gorgeous! The fabric I used was a viscose, but it had a slightly more stable feel to it because of the jaquard print on them. I wouldn't use a viscose lawn but a normal viscose or a viscose twill would work well. I hope you give them a try!

Thank you so much. Yes, the fabric is stunning isn't it? When light hits it, it looks so rich and glimmery. Is that a word, haha.

Thank you Hayley! I talked about these in our brealk out session yesterday. They were one of the WIPs I finished this week! And the other WIP I finished was the purse/bag I was working on during the live yesterday. It was so much fun and lovely to be able to thank Rachael and Tamlyn (Ruann was in another group) personally for the value they bring to my life. I'd like to thank you as well for bringing friends into my sewing space regardless of the miles between us. You're doing some great work with this platform! Congratulations.
