I haven't sewn as much as usual this year, family problems, but I did make 9 memory dogs from my late sister's clothes. I managed to get them done in a fortnight so the kids had them before the funeral so I'm most proud of that this year. Next year will be filled with sewing hopefully

My favourite hack and probably the make that brings me the most joy to wear is this flamingo dress I made to wear to the stitch festival.
It's a mini jersey hack of the seasons of east Summer in New York pattern that came in September 23's luxury box.

Favourite make of 2024 has to be my Cashmerette Roseclair dress. As soon as I saw the fabric in the box I wanted to make the Roseclaire but didn't have enough as this pattern eats fabric!! then the fabric came on the outlet shop and I snaffled enough. Love, Love, Love this dress.

Hi, my favourite make of 2024 is this dress, which I wore on Christmas Day. I used a Megan Neilsen, Sudley dress/blouse pattern which I customised. Its a great pattern as it has several options to sew. The fabric was from a shop I love to use as it only stocks deadstock fabrics/haberdashery/wool.
