Floral Falconer Pants

Fresh off the sewing machine and I'm so so happy with my first Helen's Closet Falconer Pants! The fabric is a light cotton canvas, very very bust but I think it's going to work so well with all the plain jersey tops and jumpers I already have in my wardrobe because the print has every colour in it. I found Hayley's tutorials from Pattern Club super useful and I did some minor fit adjustments. I'm SO happy with these fit, I'll share some pictures with them on soon xx

Soooo happy with the fit on these! I just graded from a size 8 at the waist to a size 10 at the hips and they fit just right. A note on the length, the pattern is meant to be a little bit cropped. I'm 5'5", I think Helen drafts for a 5'6" height but I decided not to shorten them because I want to wear these straight away in the UK's autumn/winter and my ankles get chilly 😅

These look amazing Alma!! So much fun. Yes I think you're right about them being cropped - I'm 5'7" and I wish I'd lenghtened them as they swing around my ankles and came out very wide on me because of my hip size
