Bestie bag - thank you for all your help❤️

It may take a village to raise a child but it takes a Sunday Social Sewing group to make a Bestie Bag.

This was my first attempt at bag making and I'm really pleased how it turned out.

I got the pleather from New Craft House over a year ago but kept putting it off.

Thank you Adele for recommending Country Cow Designs for the strap and hardware - they had such lovely stuff and I fell in love with the puffin 😍.

Thank you Sam for recommending the Sydney Graham sew along - was excellent and made it a speedy sew.

I braved some of the top stitching but left it off from the body of the bag as I thought it may create too rigid a seam with pleather (also didn't want to risk wonky lines - especially as it gets tight around the straps).

Thanks to everyone else for putting up with my ramblings last Sunday as I'm still new to the community.

I really enjoyed sewing my first bag and very excited to sew more (my bank manager is less excited 😂).
