Drew Sweatshirt

upload-1011-1734018911-xJ8Izze5CB.jpeg

I bit the bullet and found the courage to actually cut into the fabric. I have quite a collection of sewhaleyjane fabric. My excuse I  needed to lose weight, so far a stone and a half lost. Another stone to go but a sweatshirt is fine baggy. Second excuse was I needed to improve clothes sewing but if I do not do it I will not improve. But I suppose the real reason was fear I would mess up.

This looks amazing, I'm wearing mine right now! Don't wait until you have lost weight to sew clothes - each garment will teach you something and give you something beautiful to wear until you reach where you want to be. And then you can have fun sewing new clothes with everything you've learnt along the way. You deserve to sew and wear beautiful clothes at any size

Oh Sandra I feel you! I have a goal to lose 2 stone and it is definitely stalling me on some garments I want to make.

love your Drew! I am waiting for a similar contrasting ribbing to come back into stock and then I'm going to hack the drew into a jumper dress in this fabric.
