I joined tsg social on Wednesday last week, July 9th) - my first one since January (life 🙄). During the social I started preparing for cutting out a Friday pattern company saltwater slip dress in the fushia stretch viscose slub fabric from the February 2025 sewhayleyjane subscription box.

When I first saw this fabric I really wanted a bright pair of trousers but I just dithered around so the fabric just sat in my stash but I'm so happy with the dress instead!

I just need to be brave, use the fabric and make, there will always be more fabric!

Jasmin this looks so good!! I totally get dithering about what to use fabric for but inevitably the right pattern comes along and you have the perfect fabric ready and waiting!
