My Luna’s

I am so thrilled with how my Luna backpacks have come out. The one on the left was my practice version before making the tutorials - I used a Harris Tweed that I had in my stash (which was actually waaay to thick for this project, although it has turned out great it was a major battle) along with some leopard denim left over from a jacket.

The version on the right is made with cotton canvas kindly gifted from Jenny Stitches and is perfect - I love it!

The foam was from Country Cow Designs and the zips and pulls were from Little Stitcher Sews - both amazing sources of bag making supplies!

I haven't used rivets - will definitely be asking for a rivet press for Christmas.

I think Mia has her eyes on the floral one though

These look amazing! I got myself a Prym Vario creative tool to install rivets and eyelets etc and I would absolutely recommend it, it's pricey but it makes those jobs sooo much easier! Alma xx
