I've finished my Falconers! Woo hoo! These must be my proudest make EVER! I've only made elastic waist wide leg trousers (no zip!) before so I was a bit apprenhensive about starting these. But.... the instructions and video tutorials were fab - thanks Hayley! I can't quite believe how well they turned out and I have absolutely loved doing all the top stitching! Your pattern club is certainly pushing me out of my comfort zone Hayley and I'm sewing things I never thought I ever would so thank you so much! I will take a picture over the weekend to upload - hopefully with my Samara top! See everyone on Monday at the live event - I can't wait!

making a short version in cotton canvas for fitting. Loving the process. Very written pattern. Just need a waistband. Being bold making something that's colour range but fruity!

I have finished mine. Still a little baggy around my bum but better. They are a mash up between the barrel and wide leg. I cut the wide leg out and then laid the barrel pattern over the top and trimmed off the sides. Fabric is a cotton twill from Sew me sunshine. Blouse is a Sew over it Lillian blouse.
