Hi everyone!
Has anyone made the Tammy Handmade Lila Panties?
I was wondering how true to size they are.
Compared to what I normally wear in shop bought items, the sizing of the pattern pieces are on the big side (like almost double!)
Also, do you stretch your elastic when applying or not - as pattern suggest you can do either.

I found they ran really big! I'm ususally a high waisted undies girl but these are very high waisted, and when cut to my measurements felt much too big. So I dropped down two sizes and reduced the height of the waist by 2" (the regular waist version were too low for me)
On my most recent pair I have stretched the elastic just a little so that it feels a little more snug too.

I too am a high waisted undies girl but I was just staggered by how much bigger they were than my regular ones. I will take your advice and drop down on size and see what the height is like. I think I'll probably stretch the elastic a bit too. :)
