Hi,

Thank you for joining the forum,

I don’t think I have ever seen anything like this before, drafting your own pattern is a totally different ball game to me. I’m believe there are some companies that can teach you pattern drafting but I haven’t tried any to recommend.

If you are new to sewing I recommend starting by sewing some patterns from companies like Tilly and the Buttons who are very beginner friendly and will help you to learn sewing techniques before venturing into creating your own patterns.

I hope that’s helpful, sorry if it’s not quite what you were hoping

I am so sorry, but I cannot see anything that I could help with. You seem to be a fairly standard size, so I agree with Hayley, look for a simple pattern - probably a very simple top with plenty of ease, from a weel-known pattern company to begin with. Good luck

The shape of the top you want to make reminds me of a Qipao pattern. This might not be of any use to you, but here's a link to a video where they made a similar shaped outfit.
