Pesky Slippy Viscose - No More!

I LOVE this community! 😍😍

On a recent sewing social I mentioned the pains of cutting out viscose fabric (or any drapey fabric), it slips and slides and shifts and I think we can all agree, it has a mind of its own!

I asked if anyone had any suggestions for Spray Starch to help tame the fabric buuuuuttt the wonderful Judy mentioned something she used... I don't know the official name but an old school dining table protector!

Genius! I bought mine at my local Boyes. It's great! It makes the viscose behave!

Won't say too much about the pattern (Cinnamon Diasy Tuille trousers) as it's in testing but spoiler.... it is amazing! 😍 On to my second pair after finishing my first pair yesterday! πŸ˜…

Thank you! πŸ₯°β€οΈ
