Printer recommendations

I currently have a old epson inkjet which is not reliable and I'm one of those odd people that enjoy sticking pdf patterns together.  Would like to know which printers would be best and not too expensive for ink.

Hi, I've got an HP Envy printer which I use and I use the HP instant ink facility where you are sent new cartridges when yours are running low. There are various monthly subscriptions but it works out cheaper than buying cartridges, certainly for me, used to spend a lot on cartridges. I got my printer from Currys and I think they have a 6 month free ink promotion with new printers. I do tend to send away for printed patterns but now and again I print one myself.

I have an Epson eco tank. I have printed well over 1500 pages and have not had to refill the tank as yet. Also a pack of four refill bottles only cost £9.99 in Amazon.

I'll have a look at them, the cost of the refill bottles is good compared to replacement cartridges for other printers I've looked at.  Thank you.

that was the whole reason I did it. It was costing me £9.99 a month at the time to print patterns in a subscription and I always ran out of allowance. In 28 months I have paid out £9.99 and still have half tanks of ink in. The colours maybe more.
