Seasons Of East - Summer In New York

I’ve finished the dress I was making in the Wednesday social.

Fabric is viscose from BTPD subscription box - really lovely to sew with.

As I’m short at 5’ I reduced the bodice length by 3” - 2” from the shoulder seam and 1” from below the arm, this also helped to raise the neck line so the V is just right.

I didn’t alter the skirt length, I also omitted the side zip as when I made the toile version I found it wasn’t needed.

The pattern is lovely, great instructions and comes together perfectly.
