Hi Annie, please don't be embarrased at all! It's all a work in progress so I'll continue improving everything to make it as user friendly as possible.
Regarding StashHub, they have some information here about downloading CSV files: https://help.stashhubapp.com/en/article/export-stash-hub-data-as-csv-files-f2yceh/ - I believe it's a Plus only feature though, so not available to their free account users.
In terms of importing, there's a couple of routes to do so. If you haven't added any stash items as yet you can go to your Sewing Room and then there's a blue import button on the "add items" area, or if you already have some stash items, you can click "View the whole stash". (I've attached some images for what you should see in these scenarios).
Once you get to the Stash Import screen you can select the CSV (spreadsheet) files that you get from StashHub or indeed any other platform and then click next.
The first thing to do is select the type of item you're importing, e.g Fabric, Notions, Patterns or Trimmings.
Once that's chosen the system does it's best to automatically map the CSV to ThreadySetGo's style but you can always customise it or select from the dropdowns manually to make sure the details go into the right places.
Once you're happy with where things will go, you can click next and it will show you an example preview list of what things will likely come out like on the other end so you can confirm it before going ahead. If you're happy you can click "Import X Item(s)" on the final screen and it will go ahead and bring those all in for you.
If you run into any trouble at all please do let us know and we'll be more than happy to help. I know Hayley is making some videos at the moment to do some guides on how particular bits of the new system work, but always here to lend a hand any time!
