Only 4 to go!

Remove back pockets and belt loops.
Extend waistband upwards to create a "modesty panel" for prolonged sitting and transfer decency.
Add drawstring to waistband (depending on final dimensions).
Convert zipper fly to hook and loop.
Extend top of fly planchet to match raised waistband.
