Mini Marcel Dress for Mia

Use the bright floral viscose to make Mia a Mini Marcel Top. I made the dress version for her a couple of years ago and this beautiful viscose - the very last SewHayleyJane box fabric would be perfect. Sadly there isn't enough for the dress version but will be able to make a top
