I'm not happy with how it looks. Definitely need more filling. It doesn't look like a flower really. Wasn't able to pull the thread tight to make the sections I think the green thread and the black and gold button are too much with the bold pattern. The strap is a bit too loose for where I want to place it. Will be either doing it or changing things I mentioned. Haven't decided yet

Things learnt today. Sewing in a circle is more complicated than one would assume. Decided that this Pincushion is my toile. Go very slow with the circle. We'll pivot alot and that's okay. Make sure the pattern markings are NOT the same colour as the fabric. This was hilarious to realise. Sometimes following the steps you wrote down doesn't make sense. It's okay to watch the tutorials again Still enjoying myself. Also, after sewing the circle, cut the circle out. Forgot to add this step

One tip from someone was to cut squares, draw the circle, sew over the line, and then cut it rather than cutting the circles before sewing Also to make a tunnel for the elastic instead of having it just elastic
