About this make

Skirt to wear for sister's hen do Saturday night Cowgirl theme. Decided to make the Midi view with ruffle using white cotton seersucker deadstock. Fabric is quite sheer so lined with off-white viscose lawn from stash. Made size 16. Omitted drawstring and pockets.

Added elastic and top stitched, liked the elongated zig zag stitch (3mm long, 0.5 wide). Hemmed main skirt 2 cm (1+1cm), trimmed lining and hemmed.
