    Another hole while trying it again. It was not an ironing problem. It's the fabric. Anyway the dress is too tight. This will not be a wearable toile.

    I manage the final steps for the all-in-one facing. Overlocked the hem and fold it twice. My hem looks pretty. Stay-in-the-dish awful as usual. I'm happy with the dress. Just need to finish the belt by hand. I'm happy with the result.

    28/07/2026 Sewing the all-in-one facing. New method to me. Did it wrong at last step on a the first strap.

    26/07/2026 Pockets and sides are sewed with French seams. I tried it and it seams ok, maybe a little tied on the bust level (back ?)

    Pressing the belt's seams with fingers. Half belt done.

    - Staystitch necklines - Sew center back seam of facing + sew side seams of facings (French seams) - Sew belt tie, trim seams, turn. Really difficult to press the seams on the right side. Got to look (again) how to sew the pockets with French seams

    Fabric is cut. I cut the back facing in two pieces and I had enough fabric. I need to use French seams. Got to check if it's not too difficult to sew the pockets with French seams. Otherwise, I will not add them. Fabric will be difficult to sew. Notches are marked. Strange way to sew the pockets. Got to check it.

    It seems that I will have enough with my 3 m fabric if I cut the linings with center seams. I've check the place of the straps with my test of Oona and it also seems ok. Just have to iron my fabric and install my cutting table to check and cut.
