Nightmare Snaps!

HELP!  I have just put a metal anorak snap fastener on the wrong way round.  I'm sure you've all been there - but does anyone know a way to get it out ?

Yours,

Desperate Kate

I'm guessing from the lack of response from all you lovely sewists,  that it is as I suspected and there is no way back.

However, I had an inspired moment (when I had calmed down) and I have salvaged the situation by super-glueing a "top" onto the stud which is the wrong way round.  No-one will ever know, except all of you of course.  Hope it may help someone else in the future.

I'm so sorry I missed this Kate, that's really frustrating but looks like you found a great solution! What have you made?

Thanks, Hayley.  I have made the Wardrobe By Me Canvas Jacket in denim from Rainbow Fabrics.  It has been a bit of a struggle but I'm pleased with the result.  Will I be brave enough to wear it?!
