Stretch Dress Fitting Advice.

Hi all. Has anyone here made the Closet Core Travertine dress (or any tshirt/vest dress) with fabric which has significantly less stretch than the 50% recommended? I’ve set my heart on this beautiful crochet fabric but at best it’s 20% crosswise stretch. Am tempted to go for it anyway but make it up nearer to my size on finished garment measurements. Any thoughts/advice very welcome. 🙏

Oooh, I’ve just had a look, that’s lovely!! I would agree with using the finished measurements, you could always baste fit to see if it needs taking in
