Lining a dress

Can I line a viscose challis dress with a viscose twill? 🤩

Typically viscose twill is slightly heavier than a challis and a lining should be lighter or the same weight. I've never tried it so can't give any firm exoerience .

Thank you Hayley. I suspected as much. Well that makes up my mind for my sew fruity project. 
pj bottoms with a matching robe and I will make a cami with the lavender supplementary fabric to go with it 💜
