Best buy sewing machines

I'm using a Singer sewing machine which I have had for years. I am considering a change. I would be interested in what machines others use and recommendations. I notice Janome seems popular?

I use a Janome 230DC and I love it, it does everything I need and isn't crazy expensive at around £400

There are many excellent machines nowadays. I have an old Janome TXL 607 which is a great machine. Last year I upgraded to the Janome Atelier 7, as it has a larger throat space for quilting.

I am hoping to upgrade my machine in the next few months, currently have a Brother machine that my husband surprised me with for Christmas in 2019. I'm considering the Brother Innov-is F420 for my next machine as it has all the features I want and a slightly bigger throat space.
