I can't say I have ever used a cover stitch machine but an overlocker for me is the one I would get out of the two, I personally got a second hand one and use it on every project I sew. Arry xx

It sounds like you either haven't undone the needle screw enough to push the needle up to the top of the needle shank, I would try unscrewing the needle screw a little more and try to load the needle again. Also make sure no needle parts are in the...

Done for the summer. Tops next: my second Rothko (French Navy) nearly finished, only needs the buttons and button holes. Then two Seneca Shirts also by French Navy. And tank tops!! Still looking for the "ultimate" pattern!! Any sugestions?!
