All done apart from the strap, which I will do shortly. Would I make another? I am not sure about that. At the moment, I am saying 'no'. But maybe after I have left it a while, I may change my mind. I  am happy with it though

Hello! I recently purchased a long, vintace skirt at a local vintage shop. It is super long- I am able to put over my head and wear the waistband as a neckline, and it still falls below my knees. It has an invisible side zipper (9inch) with buttons....

These look amazing! I got myself a Prym Vario creative tool to install rivets and eyelets etc and I would absolutely recommend it, it's pricey but it makes those jobs sooo much easier! Alma xx

well I had to size down on the hips but I would suggest making a toile first but it was easy to alter before the facing went on but only if it's too big

I think it is fine as is and the colour is good for you.  I've seen patterns where a very full sleeve is balanced by a long tight cuff (eg Itch to Stitch's Busan top), but that might not work with a more standard sleeve.
