Looks great! I've made two Jenna shirts, one in a soft white cotton and one from your box last year, the red checkered fabric (there was also a blue version too). I'm still yet to use the black cotton dobby so think that will become another Jenna over the Christmas holidays

Oooh I loved that checked fabric, I bet it looks great as a Jenna

Hi everyone

My name is Sara, I live in Antwerp, Belgium. I tried to find some time for sewing in between work and raising a one-year-old, as it is my way of slowing down.

I was thought the basics by my mum as a kid, and have been hooked ever since. (We were strongly encouraged to make our own clothes).I make clothes and bags (once you go there, there is no way back), and have recently started a course on pattern drafting.

I started subscribing to the boxes to get out of my comfort zone, both with the fabrics and the patterns.

I'm going to be without my Pfaff Creative for the first time since buying it as it's at the shop getting repaired. It kept thinking that the presser foot was up when it was down.
I thought I would manage fine without it, but now I keep thinking of everything I want to make and can't.

Oh no!! How long will it be in the repair shop for? Have you got a backup?

I'm currently reading The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey and in Mabel makes the girl a beautiful blue boiled wool coat, with a fur trim collar and embroidered snowflakes all down the front and back. It sounds so beautiful and I can see it so clearly
