I have Prym mini iron, which my husband bought for me a few years ago. I use it for patchwork projects, fusible interfacing and for taking to classes. I find that it isn't enough for some fabrics, so I mainly use my Oliso iron when dressmaking.

The Ames jeans work really well for me. After making a toile, I realised that they were the most comfy trousers i had ever made, so they are now my standard trouser pattern, in stretch gaberdine, nd without all the 'jeans' accessories.

My favourite are the Megan Nielsen Dawn jeans, I've made 3 pairs and have plans for more. They needed slight low butt and sway back adjustments but they were great to sew, the instructions are really clear 😊

I can definitely recommend a wide leg pull on trouser - I often find bagging around my tummy but the Chanterelle pants from Sew Liberated are the perfect fit! They are quite wide but you could definitely reduce that width!
